"ALONE IN THE DARK 2" - First picture of Lance Henriksen revealed
The first picture of Lance Henriksen in "ALONE IN THE DARK 2" was revealed by Bloody-Disgusting.com.Director Peter Scheerer tells: "Lance Henriksen plays Abner Lundberg, a witch hunter who retired from fighting the occult many years ago, when he found out that fighting the supernatural would slowly turn him into the same evil he wanted to fight against"
"But when he discovers that the witch tries to track down Natalie Dexter, the grand-daughter of his old partner, he knows that the time has come when he cannot stay at the side line any longer", continues director Michael Roesch.
"ALONE IN THE DARK 2" tells the story of Edward Carnby, who joins forces with a team of witch hunters to track down the dangerous witch Elisabeth Dexter. The movie, directed by Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer, is scheduled for a release in early 2009.
Michael Roesch and Peter Scheerer´s first movie, "BROTHERHOOD OF BLOOD", will be released on DVD through Sam Raimi´s GHOST HOUSE and LIONSGATE on October 14th.

Wow... First screenshot of the movie was just shown? I've seen parts of the dvdscreener (only labelled as "Alone In The Dark 2" in it) via a screening buddy... All I have to say is the opening scene with Zack Ward and his deep orange hair in a suit doing coke is not too convincing... And shooting at horribly generated graphic ghosts aren't convincing either...
That photo looks pretty sweet though! And I'd challenge Uwe Boll to a boxing match anyday for wrecking Postal... It was hilarious at some moments but then got bloodydisgustingly horrible... :(
