"ALONE IN THE DARK 2" - First picture revealed !

First "ALONE IN THE DARK 2" picture revealed

The first photo for the upcoming horror movie "ALONE IN THE DARK 2" was revealed on Fangoria.com today. The picture shows genre favorite Danny Trejo in the role of the witch hunter Perry.

"Danny is a great actor, we´ve been fans of his work for years", tells director Peter Scheerer. "We have always wanted to cast him, and the role of the fearless witch hunter was the perfect opportunity", continues director Michael Roesch.

"ALONE IN THE DARK 2" tells the story of Edward Carnby, who joins forces with a team of witch hunters to track down the dangerous witch Elisabeth Dexter.

Directors Peter Scheerer and Michael Roesch are working on the post production of "ALONE IN THE DARK 2" now. "We´ve finished editing, and are working on the CGI and the sound post now.", tells director Michael Roesch. "After months of shooting and editing, It´s great to see how the movie comes together", tells director Peter Scheerer.

"ALONE IN THE DARK 2" is scheduled for a 2008 release.
