When Violet gets the use of a friend’s lakefront mansion for a weekend, it’s the best thing that’s happened to her for a long time. She just wants to read a good book, listen to music, enjoy some expensive French wine, sit back and relax. But she’s being haunted by strange noises and the distinct feeling that she’s being watched. After all, there have been articles in the papers recently about a serial killer roaming the region… Then again, those articles may have been the very reason Violet came to the mansion in the first place – to ask the question: “Anyone There?”
