CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST & MAKING OF
On June 15th, Alan Young Pictures will release on DVD Ruggero Deodato's infamous film on DVD! The transfer was done directly from the original negative and was supervised by Deodato himself. He is also joined on a commmentary track by two films critics, Giona Nazzaro et Antonio Tentori. The disc will feature a mono english audio track and a remixed 5.1 Dolby Digital Italian track. The disc will also features the original soundtrack by Riz Ortolani. As for the extras, we can expect a stills gallery consisting mainly of never before seen photos, posters, trailers and the Japanese press kit. But wait, there's more! A 62 minutes documentary "In the Jungle : The Making Of Cannibal Holocaust" filmed in 8mm will be included, it takes an indepth look at the fx in the film and interviews with Ruggero Deodato, Luca Barbareschi, Riz Ortolani, Sergio D'offizi.
