Michelle Rodriguez is back in "RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION 3D"
Bloody Disgusting has confirmed some pretty exciting news as they're exclusively being told that Michelle Rodriguez has signed to reprise her role as "Rain Ocampo" in Paul W.S. Anderson's "RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION 3D"! Rodriguez first took on the role in Anderson's 2002 live-action adaptation of the video game franchise. Retribution is the fifth film featuring another battle between Alice and Umbrella.
They have also learned that Shawn Roberts' return as Albert Wesker will be in the form of a cameo.
Rodriguez will join Roberts, Milla Jovovich (Alice), Sienna Guillory (Jill Valentine), Colin Salmon and Boris Kodjoe.
Filming will take place in Toronto, Japan and Russia, with Sony Screen Gems locking in a September 14, 2012 release in 3D.
Synopsis :
