In support of the upcoming horror comic THE FACELESS: A TERRY SHARP STORY OGN, the team behind the book have debuted a new trailer at the official Terry Sharp website - www.terrysharp.net"We've done trailers in the past to promote THE BLACK FOREST and THE WICKED WEST, " said writer/co-creator Robert Tinnell, "but nothing as cool as this one. Our go-to composer, Andy Kubiszewski, really out-did himself and editor Mike
Anderson's work is inspired." Thanks to the miracle of Flash animation the entire trailer takes up less than one meg of bandwidth. "So even if you're on dial-up it shouldn't be too much of a hassle downloading."
What's more, fans can also download the first twenty pages of the book. The pages are available in two versions - either as JPEGs or a higher resolution PDF for download.
"We are so passionate about the character of Terry Sharp that we are pulling out all the stops," said Tinnell. "So we're giving away nearly a complete comic's worth of story. We believe that when folks read the first part - and savor Adrian Salmon's
glorious artwork - they'll be more than willing to buy the book. "
Set in England in the early sixties, THE FACELESS follows the adventures of Terry Sharp - by day a director of classic British horror films, by night a tireless opponent of real horror - a Satanic conspiracy hell-bent on taking over the British government.
"The series taps into so many things Adrian and I love and grew up on - stuff like THE AVENGERS TV series, THE SAINT, Hammer horror films, swingin' London - it's a dream-come-true project."
