Not all angels are guardians, and on November 13, 2007 scary-movie lovers will get a special dose of horror when Polychrome Pictures releases "FALLEN ANGELS" on DVD. The film boasts a cast fit to tickle the fancy of horror fans, sci-fi buffs, and reality junkies: actors include Adrianne Curry and her “Brady” husband Chris Knight, “Star Trek” notable Michael Dorn, and there's even a guest appearance by “The Hills Have Eyes” icon Michael Berryman.
The horror focuses on a gruesome discovery of skeletal remains in a prison reformatory that is slated for demolition. The remains belong to brutally slain children, and a CSI is called in only to uncover a legion of demons (or fallen angels) that are responsible for the seven deadly sins. Seven deadly sins soon equal seven deadly ways to die.
Directed by "13 Seconds" helmer Jeff Thomas, the film won Best Picture at London's HorrorFest as well as Chicago's Horror Film Festival. “Fallen Angels” also received praise from entertainment mega-site IGN and horror-Mecca Fangoria which proclaimed the film has, “The best demons since Hellraiser!”
Aside from Curry, Dorn, Knight, and Berryman, "Fallen Angel's" ensemble cast includes Bill Moseley (Devil's Rejects, "Carnivale"), WWE wrestler and Playboy centerfold Christie Hemme, the legendary Kevin McCarthy, Kane Hodder, Reggie Bannister, Ruth Buzzi, and Martin Kove.
