Kaare Andrews' "CABIN FEVER: PATIENT ZERO" will soon be heading Stateside, and with the film set for a VOD release this June 26th, followed by a limited theatrical release this August 1st, here's the official U.S. poster, trailer and some pictures.The film stars Sean Astin, Currie Graham, Ryan Donowho, Brando Eaton, Jillian Murray, Mitch Ryan, Solly Duran, Lydia Hearst, and Claudette Lali.
Synopsis : In this film a doctor and his family travel to a remote Caribbean island to investigate a minor flu outbreak, only to discover a vicious flesh-eating virus that threatens everyone on the island. The family is faced with responsibility to prevent a worldwide epidemic.
