Quentin Dupieux's "RUBBER"

REVIEWS - RUBBER Quentin Dupieuxs RUBBER Click here to read our french "RUBBER"'s review, directed by Quentin Dupieux, with Stephen Spinella, Roxane Mesquida, Jack Plotnick, Wings Hauser starring.

Synopsis : Why was E.T. brown? No reason. Why don’t the characters in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre ever stop to go to the bathroom or wash their hands? No reason. This is the discourse that kicks off Rubber, a true celebration of “no reason”, where a group of spectators with binoculars, in the middle of the Arizona desert, observe the adventures of a killer tire with telekinetic powers. A real sensation at the past Cannes festival, Rubber breaks genre canons and gives the mechanisms common to fiction a spin. Hold on tight: this tire’s here looking to destroy everything.

French Release : 2010-11-10 | US Release : 2011-03-14
