"SAW VI" To Be Directed By Kevin Greutert

We learned that "SAW V" Director David Hackl that he'll be stepping aside letting Kevin Greutert take the reigns. Greutert will be making his directorial debut with "SAW VI", but he's been involved with the franchise since the beginning editing all the films.
Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton will pen the screenplay.
"SAW V" hits theaters this October 24th with Saw VI to be announced 2009.

Synopsis : Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw's legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw's grand scheme is finally understood.
