Lily Collins Drops Evil Dead
"MIRROR MIRROR" star Lily Collins has had to drop out of the lead role in TriStar Pictures' "EVIL DEAD" remake due to "scheduling issues," reports Heat Vision. The Fede Alvarez-directed film, which is scheduled for an April 12, 2013 release, had not announced any other cast members yet.
Sam Raimi, Bruce Campbell and Rob Tapert are producing.
Synopsis : Five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book Of The Dead and unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.
