French Actor Omar Sy Joins casting
French actor Omar Sy, who won France's Cesar Award for his performance in the mega-hit "THE INTOUCHABLES" and appears as Bishop in Bryan Singer's upcoming "X-MEN : DAYS OF FUTURE PAST", announced on Twitter (both in French and English) that he's joined the cast of Universal Pictures' "JURASSIC WORLD".Fan of this saga from the beginning, I'm very proud to be part of the cast for JURASSIC WORLD #jurassicworld @UniversalPics @UniversalFR

Although the role Sy plays in the Colin Trevorrow-directed franchise reboot is still unknown, he joins the previously-announced cast of Chris Pratt ("ZERO DARK THIRTY"), Bryce Dallas Howard ("THE VILLAGE", Idris Elba, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson and Irrfan Khan.
Trevorrow confirmed the casting on his own Twitter feed with a French greeting to Sy:

"JURASSIC WORLD" is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2015.
Synopsis : Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor's interest, which backfires horribly.
