Completes Post Production
Producer, Robert Weinbach is excited to announce that his feature film production of "SHIVER" directed by multi film festival award winner, Julian Richards has completed post production. The picture was produced by Bandersnatch FilmCo LLC on location in Portland, Oregon under the Oregon film incentive program.The film stars Danielle Harris, John Jarratt and Casper Van Dien and features Rae Dawn Chong, Brad Harris and new screen sensation, Nikita Esco. Emmy winner, Valerie Harper guest stars as Danielle's mother. Renowned cinematographer, Zoran Popovic created the dynamic visual tapestry for the film.
Weinbach, a two time film fest screenplay award winner, wrote the screenplay based on the acclaimed novel by Brian Harper which he says is the most compelling and terrifying woman in jeopardy thriller he has ever encountered. Genre fan favorite, Danielle Harris ("STAKELAND", "HALLOWEEN") stars as Wendy Alden, a young secretary terrorized by a savage killer who finally finds the resources of courage to confront the monster of her living nightmare.
John Jarratt co-stars as the psychotic killer, Franklin Rood. Weinbach considers Jarratt to be the most terrifying villain to ever appear on the silver screen after seeing him in "WOLF CREEK". Weinbach says that Jarratt's unique performance as Franklin Rood is frightening and mesmerizing.
Renowned action star, Brad Harris is executive producer and guest stars as "The Captain". The recently published book about Harris. “The American Bavarian” chronicles Harris' iconic career in Italian and German cinema.
Actress-model Nikita Esco who makes her screen debut as Rood's first victim in the harrowing opening scene of the movie will become one of the screens most exciting new personalities, says Weinbach.

Synopsis : Wendy Alden, a young, attractive secretary lacking in self- confidence and self-esteem, becomes victim of a savage killer who has claimed the lives of a number of other women. Somehow Wendy finds resources of courage to fight back and escape.
Obsessed with killing Wendy, Franklin Rood, the killer, penetrates a police cordon set up to guard her by Det. Tony Delgado, the detective investigating the case. Again she manages to escape, earning not only Rood's grudging respect but his twisted sense of love. He later kidnaps her and brings her to his hideout in the woods, where he subjects her to a horrific ritual of psychological torture. She is finally rescued and Rood is captured after Delgado succeeds in tracking the killer through a series of wily detection techniques.
In a diabolically daring and cunning plan, Rood escapes jail, killing several policemen in the process. Again determined to kill Wendy and armed to the teeth, he storms into her office building. During a ferocious display of carnage, Rood is finally killed by Wendy, who retrieves a slain security guard's gun and shoots down the monster of her living nightmare. During the course of her odyssey, Wendy starts as a mouse, finally transforming into a lioness.
