In the March 5, 2010 release, Alice, now 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. Off she runs, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before yet doesn't remember.

Synopsis : The traditional tale has been freshened with a blast of girl power, courtesy of writer Linda Woolverton (Beauty and the Beast). Alice, 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. It would have been good to see some experimentation with regards to the cast. The trusty use of Dep and Bonham Carter is getting predictable. It'll be interesting to see if their performances can bring the same freshness to the roles that the dramatic change in direction demands.

I love these photos. It looks like such a demented version of the story and it draws you in. I love it, Tim Burton always has the best cast, couldn't have picked better people. Doesn't Helena Bonham Carter kind of give you the creeps in this picture? Love It!!!
