This is not in reference to the popular Elmore Leonard western "3:10 TO YUMA" even though producer/co-star DJ Perry is a known western actor and Elmore Leonard and he both reside in Michigan. The 310 in Yuma is the address of Hilton Garden Hotel where DJ Perry stayed during the shooting of the dark thriller "RENOVATION"....
