New stills from French horror "CAPTIFS" (aka "CAGED")
After producing scare flicks as "MARTYRS", "A L'INTERIEUR" and "FRONTIERE(S)", when France is due a new horror flick, it's always worth taking notice. The latest to come our way are some new stills from first timer director Yann Gozlan's horror thriller "CAPTIFS" (aka "CAGED"). Its still a long ways off hitting our shores, but we‘re keeping close tabs on it for updates.
"CAGED" stars Zoe Felix, Eric Savin and Arie Elmaleh and is due for release October 2010.
Synopsis : In war torn Eastern Europe a young nurse named Carole saves valuable lives as part of a humanitarian aid group. Soon her mission will be over and it will be time to return home. But what seems like a short cut to freedom soon turns into a journey of agonising, torturous pain beyond the human threshold… Just like Martyrs before it, Caged is gaining notoriety as a stylish, unforgettable and gruesomely relentless example of extreme cinema at its most terrifying.
