Marvel Studios announced that "CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER" has started production in Los Angeles and the sequel will also film in Cleveland and Washington D.C. Directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, the movie stars Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Frank Grillo, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Maximiliano Hernández, Cobie Smulders, Samuel L. Synopsis : As Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.
