A trailer for Franck Khalfoun's upcoming remake of William Lustig's "MANIAC" is now available.Starring Elijah Wood and Nora Arnezeder, the film is produced by Alexandre Aja et Grégory Levasseur.

Synopsis : Just when the streets seemed safe, a serial killer with a fetish for scalps is back and on the hunt.
