Here's the first official photo from Lionsgate's "SAW VI" coming from Cominsoon.net.Directed by Kevin Greutert, the Lionsgate release stars Costas Mandylor, Mark Rolston, Betsy Russell, Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith and Peter Outerbridge.
